Self-check-in: The house entrance and apartment entrance are continuously and independently accessible via number codes. Great importance is attached to ecological and CO2-free living. The electricity supply is largely provided by photovoltaics, the heat is provided by an efficient heat pump and the water supply for the toilet, washing machine and garden is provided by a rainwater cistern.
