General terms and conditions of business

Booking: When booking, the number of people required for the reservation must be specified. Adding additional people and paying later is not possible.

An earlier arrival date than stated in the booking is not possible. Please note that a cleaning fee is charged at the end of each booking. If you extend your stay, a cleaning fee will also be charged at the end of the previous booking period.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will always be made minus any applicable payment fees. If the check-in date is at least 14 days away, you will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of completing the booking. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made at least seven days before check-in. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within seven days of check-in.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in after 4:00 p.m. / Check-out by 10:00 a.m. - we recommend arriving during daylight hours and before 10:00 p.m. (night's rest).

Extensions and cleaning: A cleaning service is scheduled at the end of each booking. If you extend your stay and do not want an interim cleaning, please let us know. For longer stays, an interim cleaning service can be arranged on an individual basis.

Please observe the house rules, including garbage disposal, smoking ban, and quiet hours. Violations of these house rules will result in a customary fine. Furthermore, a serious violation may result in exclusion from further bookings (ban from the premises).

5 things to do before leaving your home:

Please help us keep the apartment ready for the next guests by taking the following five steps before leaving the apartment:

• Please remove all cotton bed linen and pillowcases and place them in the washing machine along with dishcloths, towels, and bath mats. Please do not place pillows, blankets, or slipcovers in the washing machine. Please set heavily soiled laundry with visible stains aside. Start the washing machine on the "Cotton at 60°C" program – automatic detergent dosing. You can add more laundry (start/stop). Additional washing machines are located in the adjacent building with the brown metal doors. If possible, please try loading all of the above-mentioned textiles into more than one washing machine and running them all.

• Please place the used dishes in the dishwasher, insert a regular dishwasher tablet (not liquid soap) and switch on the dishwasher.

• Please check all drawers and cupboards to make sure you have all your belongings with you. Please also check your chargers and cables at electrical outlets.

• Please turn off all lights.

• Please close windows and doors.
