House rules

Please be respectful to other guests. This is a half-timbered house where the rapid operation of doors, windows and heavy footfall are audible.

Waste disposal: Please make sure you separate your waste and dispose of it properly. The white/black waste bin enclosures are located in the entrance area, next to the small brown gate. Do not dispose of waste in the neighbours' bins. The outdoor area containing the waste bins is under camera surveillance. The waste collection service may impose heavy fines for incorrect waste disposal, for which you would be responsible.

Responsible use of resources: Please only use the amount of electricity, water and consumables that a normal household would need. Excessive consumption can be traced and will be charged to you. Remember to turn off the air conditioning and lights when you leave the apartment.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property or in the apartments. Leaving cigarette butts behind can lead to poisoning of children.

Events: Events are not permitted.

Front door: Please ensure that the front door is not open longer than necessary. This is for your safety and is of particular benefit to you on cold and hot days.

Night rest: Please respect the night rest between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. No loud music is permitted outside of the night rest.

Damage: Damage must be avoided and reported. Damages must be fully covered by you. If damage is discovered immediately after your stay, the repair costs will be charged to you in full.

Property: Please move only within the property on the necessary paths for you and do not go to the neighbours.

Violation of these house rules will result in an appropriate payment. In addition, a violation may lead to exclusion from further bookings (house ban).
