House rules

Please be considerate of other guests. This is a half-timbered house, so you'll hear the rapid opening of doors and heavy footsteps.

Waste disposal: Please strictly observe waste separation and proper disposal! Please do not throw trash at your neighbor's house. The outdoor area with the trash cans is under video surveillance. Heavy fines may apply.

Responsible use of resources: Please use only as much electricity, water, and consumables as you actually need. Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the apartment.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted.

Events: Events are not permitted.

Front door: Please ensure that the front door is not left open longer than necessary. This is for your safety and is especially beneficial on cold and hot days.

Quiet hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Loud music is not permitted outside of these hours.

Damage: Damage must be avoided and reported. You are responsible for all damage. If damage is discovered immediately after your stay, you will be charged the full cost of the repairs.

Property: Please only move within the property on the paths necessary for you and do not go to the neighbors.

Violations of these house rules will result in a customary fine. Furthermore, a significant violation may result in exclusion from further bookings (ban from the premises).
